MY WELLNESS PHILOSOPHY
Over the years, and through many personal highs and lows, I've experimented with many different approaches to wellness and lifestyle. What works for me right now, wasn't what worked for me a few years ago and may not work for me in another few years. I understand that wellness is a rhythm, and I do my best to stay in sync with what my body needs.
Having gone through a lot of different approaches and working with many different beliefs, my current wellness philosophy is to take care of my entire being; my mind, body, and spirit. It's not just all about healthy recipes and awesome workouts - it's an all encompassing approach to maintaining overall wellness.
I don't put labels on my diet or restrict myself from anything. I don't drink alcohol to stay clear in my mind and fully present as a mama. I drink coffee
(one of my loves!) and I always try to drink lots of water or celery juice to keep my body hydrated.
I workout a few times a week with weights, I do pilates for my posture and core, and I will do yoga or HIIT if my body wants something like that.
To help myself stay well through different seasons of stress and change, I practice staying in tune with my body. To do that, I've put some simple little rituals and routines in place to make sure I always feel good! I'm really excited to share some of my wellness journey with you, in hopes that your body can be something you celebrate on the daily! Learning to take care of yourself doesn't have to be a chore.
So to make it easy for you, I've collected all of my favourite products, guides, and resources over the years and put them in one place! Go ahead. Indulge in this wellness space and treat yourself! Create a wellness routine that feels good for you - mind, body, and spirit.
I'm here to help.
FROM MY ONLINE BOUTIQUE
Some of these products are also in my gift baskets, mostly the thinking of you and get-well-soon baskets. Although giving someone a gift basket with some of these products Diva cup or natural sex oil may seem a bit much, it happens sometimes!
The truth is, I've have quite a few products in my online boutique that I don't put in the gift baskets. That said, I can get an assortment of products and am happy to order special order items. Just shoot us an email.
